Steps

Heat water in a pan add potato strips
2

Keep for 2 mins and strain the water

Now add potatoes in chilled water

Then strain and keep aside.

Pat dry with kitchen towel

Dust cornflour heat sufficient oil in a pan and fry the fries in batches
7

Season it with salt and pepper and serve with Chutney.
