Ingredients

  • 5medium sized fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1Foster clarks p.apple & coconut
  • 1/2 cuplemon juice
  • 2 cupsice cubes

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the ginger and blend it with 1 cup of water.

  2. 2

    Sieve it in a clean container, add in the lemon juice, sugar & foster clarks.

  3. 3

    Mix well & add another 2 cups of water and the ice cubes. Serve chilled.
