  • Tborne 1.5kg
  • Butter
  • Salt

  1. 1

    Put butter in a hot pan(with lines)

  2. 2

    Sear your meat and sprinkle some salt

  3. 3

    Do the same on the other side... Roast on the oven for 20 mins. Serve with salad
