Cooking Instructions

Steamer potatoes, hot chillie, garlic and salt when ready drain the potatoes

Use potato masher to mashed well then add lemon juice, salt chopped onions, chopped coriander

Then mix well and half of boiled egg cover with mashed potatoes and make oval shape
- 4
Egg wash and coat with breadcrumbs
- 5
Fry in low heat until golden brown
- 6
Enjoy with hot chillie sauce or chutney
