First take curd and make buttermilk.

Then take moong and add buttermilk and salt,turmeric powder, chilli powder and coriander leaves and 1 cup water.

Then heat the ghee and add cumin seeds and curry leave and fry 2 minutes and add the hing.

And add with the moong and boil 10 minutes.

Serve with chapati and rice.
