Steps

Take a big bowl add wheat flour,maida,salt and oil and required water and make a dough.

Leave it for 2-3 hours after take some dough and make a shape of roti.

Deep fry till golden brown like a puri.

Now take a pan heat oil add cumin seeds and add onion puree,ginger,garlic paste and green chilli cook it till them little brown now add tomato puree cook it for 5-7 min.

Now add all spices mix well.cook again for 6-7 min now add boiled chane and required water.

Cook it for 2 min.

Now bhature chole is ready to serve.
