Ingredients

  1. 100 gpaneer
  2. 4tomatoes
  3. 2onions
  4. 15cashews
  5. 10garlic pieces
  6. 1 inchginger
  7. 1/2 CupCream
  8. 1Bay leaves
  9. 2Dalchini, cloves, Elaichi all
  10. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  11. 2Green chilli
  12. Methi leaves crushed
  13. Carionder leaves for Granish

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan take tomatoes and onions and garlic and add ginger and add bay leaves, cloves, Elachi, dalchini and red chilli powder and cashews and Butter and cover it and cook for 15 min.and cool for 5 min then grind the gravy...

  2. 2

    Then filter the gravy The smooth and silky gravy is ready

  3. 3

    In a pan take butter and add ginger paste and green chilli chopped and add panner cubes and slowly mix for 2 min then add smooth and silky gravy and fry for 5 min then add cream and salt to taste and methi leaves and fry for 5 min..

    The Sahai panner is ready and Granish with carionder leaves and cream.

    Delicious Sahai panner is ready serve with naan.childerns are liked very much...
