In a big bowl add flour, salt and sugar mix well

Then add Aseel ghee and Kenya GHEE in flour mixture and mix well until resemble coarse

Pour coconut milk and warm water

Knead well until forms cohesive ball if dough is too sticky add little flour and if too dry add ghee or warm water until smoothly

Apply oil on your dough then cover it and let rest 1 hour

Make 12 small balls, put some flour to the surface place then put 1 ball and start rolling the thick you like and add one teaspoon off melted gheen then fold and put aside for

After 10 minutes rolling the and let few minutes before rolling the thickness you want they heat your pan on low heat Place your Chapat for 1 minute then flick other side and let 1 minute and add 1 tablespoon of melted ghee let changa the colour then it's done
