Blend the rice till smooth(ki markada shinkafan)

Add yeast nd baking powder to the batter

Add water nd cook raw rice till soft

Batter had risen after an hour,add cooked rice nd mix,whisk very well to prevent lumps(bayan awa daya yatashi,ki zuba shinkafan dakika dafa kiyi whisking dan kar ya dunkule)

Add little salt nd sugar nd whisk again

Heat masa pan nd add oil to each cup

Fry till golden brown is achieved nd flip the other side also
