Take a bowl and add sorghum flour and plain flour. Add salt, red chilli powder, ajwain and mix all well. Now make a dough with lukewarm water. Keep the dough for 5 mins for rest.

Now Knead the dough to make it soft and make 4 ball of the same dough. Now make roties of these balls and spread some sesame seeds on each roti.

Now heat a tawa and put one roti on that tawa and cook the roti from both sides.

Put some oil on each roti and fry well from both sides.

Til jawar parantha is ready to eat.
