Firstly heat oil in a pan and saute finely chopped ginger and garlic and onion till they change colour.

Also add chilli powder, turmeric,garam masala and salt.

Mix well and mash the potatoes making sure the spice blends well with potatoes and coriander leaves.

And take breads slices and cut the sides dip the bread slices into water just for a second.

Place the oval shaped prepared stuffing and wrap the bread making sure to pinch the edges and secure tight.

And make a oval shape deep fry prepared bread roll into hot oil

And when it turns the colour into brown then it's ready to serve.
