  • 1Boiled potato
  • 1/2 cupCornflour
  • 2Greenchilli
  • as neededcoriander leaves
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  • as neededOil for fry
  • For curry
  • 2Onion
  • 3 clovesGarlic
  • 5-6Cashewnut
  • 2 tbspFresh cream
  • 4 tbspMilk
  • 2 tbspButter for tadka
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Kofta...Peel and grate the Apple.
    Add potato,green chilli,corrianderleaves,Garam masala and cornflour.
    Combine all.make batter of 1tbls cornflour.
    Make small balls,dip in the batter and fry.
