Steps
- 1
Cook up the Pork in the Oven. I used a Pork Fillet. Cover it in foil for around 30 minutes on a preheated oven of around 190c. To save time you can also pre-cook your mushrooms.
- 2
Once cooked, leave to cool and then slice in strips.
- 3
Over a heated oil and pan, slice your onions and mushrooms and crush your garlic and brown them off. Once browned throw in your Pork.
- 4
Add the tomato puree and mix together. Put in the Paprika and mix and then Cajun and mix. Add/Reduce to your liking.
- 5
Once all combined, add in your chicken stock. Bring to boil and then let it simmer on a low to med heat for a further 20 minutes.
- 6
Once simmered and the stock has reduced a good amount, add your seasoning. You are ready to serve with Rice.
