Ingredients

  • 2 ozCream Cheese
  • 2 tbspButter
  • 1 CupMilk
  • 1 CupMozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 CupSharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tspGarlic and Herb Dry Powder Dressing Mix
  • 2 tbspAll Purpose Flour

Steps

  1. 1

    In low-medium heat, start melting the butter.

  2. 2

    Add the other cheeses and the dressing mix to the pan

  3. 3

    Let them melt, stirring constantly.

  4. 4

    Add half of the milk and stir until well blended.

  5. 5

    Put on medium heat.

  6. 6

    Start mixing slowly the milk with the flour until desired consistency, stirring constantly.

  7. 7

    It's ready!!

  8. 8

    Add to pasta, use it for pizza, as a nacho dip sauce, etc...
