2 tbspButter
1 CupMilk
1 CupMozzarella Cheese
1/4 CupSharp Cheddar Cheese
1 tspGarlic and Herb Dry Powder Dressing Mix
2 tbspAll Purpose Flour

In low-medium heat, start melting the butter.

Add the other cheeses and the dressing mix to the pan

Let them melt, stirring constantly.

Add half of the milk and stir until well blended.

Put on medium heat.

Start mixing slowly the milk with the flour until desired consistency, stirring constantly.
