Aloo Gobhi ➖ “Potato Cauliflower” – these two humble ingredients are known for their ability to soak up flavor and so when combined with spices, the dish transforms into something pretty darn special. 😋 🔹Hack ➖To make the gobhi soft and tender is by soaking it in lukewarm water with a pinch of salt, this will remove adulterants and will make it soft.

Wash & Chop all the veggies including tomato chilli and ginger

Add oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and a pinch of asafoetida

Now add ginger garlic and chopped chilli 🌶 give it a good mix

Now add chopped potatoes and cauliflower and other spices along with salt tomatoes and cover the lid

After every 4-5 minutes give it a mix and make it on a slow flame

Off the flame when potatoes and cauliflower baked and soft completely.

Serve it with chapati,paratha,poori and offcourse with love 💕
