Grapes are a gud source of fibre , potassium vitamins and minerals.
Steps

Wash and rinse the grapes with fresh water.Cut them in halves lengthwise.

Heat oil in a karahi with 1/2 tsp of chopped garlic and 2 green cardamoms.

When aroma smells off,add chopped tomatoes and cook on the low flame till they become soft.Switch off the flame and let them cool down.

Put them in mixie and grind till it becomes smooth paste.

In a pan heat 1 tbsp of butter & add chopped ginger and green chilies in it.

When aroma smells off,add grinded tomato puree in it and cook on the low flame till oil spreads from corners.

Now add mashed paneer,salt and red chilli powder.Mix well.

Add grapes and mash little bit with masher.Mix v well and cook for 5 minutes.

Serve hot with naan or as a side dish.
