Take a mushrooms cut in pcs and dip in hot waterfor 2 minutes washed and water drain.

Take a wok add oil heat oil then add garlic saute add onion saute till golden brown colour then add all masala,tomato puree and ginger saute.

Then add peas and mushroom mix and cover with lid then cook for till soft.

After cook then add kasuri methi and coriander.
