  • Beans
  • leavesUgwu
  • Red oil
  • Vegetables
  • Spices and seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the beans till soft

  2. 2

    Blend the red paper, onions and tomatoes

  3. 3

    Heat the red oil and saute d blended vegetables.. add d salt, seasonings and spices

  4. 4

    Add the boiled beans, ugwu leaves and little water

  5. 5

    Stir well for 3-5mins.. then turn off the heat

  6. 6

    Enjoy
