Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice
  • 1 cupcauliflower
  • 2onions
  • 2potatoes
  • 1 tsphaldi powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededoil
  • 2 tspdesi ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a cooker add onion and saute till golden in colour.

  2. 2

    Add spices and cauliflower,potatoes and saute for 2 minutes,

  3. 3

    Add soaked rice and water take 2 whistles.

  4. 4

    Remove the lid add desi ghee and serve hot.
