Ingredients

  1. Nicely shredded spinach
  2. 1 clovegarlic
  3. salt
  4. 2 tbspoil
  5. 1/2 cupcream

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil to smoking point

  2. 2

    Dip the garlic when whole and let brown. remove and finely chop then return it in the pan

  3. 3

    Put in the spinach and let cook

  4. 4

    Pour in the cream and stir gently

  5. 5

    Season with salt
