I made green bell peppers stuffed with portobello mushrooms and ground beef, 4 different cheeses and sausage and the mini portobello mushrooms are stuffed with green bell pepper, onions, cheese, sausage and ground beef
Cooking Instructions

Oil your pan, clean inside of bell Peppers and mushrooms out and place them empty inside plan place oven on 350

Cook your ground beef and sausage and (in separate pan) sauté onions and bellpepper (in separate pan) sauté 4 mini mushrooms for bellpepper

Stuff the sauté mushrooms, cheese, ground beef, sausage then extra layer of cheese on top and stuff the mushrooms with the sauté onions and bell pepper and cheese on top cook on 325 for 20 mins

These were good, please clean your mushrooms.I wash them with water and cider vinegar I don't care what they say you can't just rub dirt off with a damp paper towel. This is my take on Lydia Bastianich stuffed mushrooms 🍄
