  1. 250 gflour
  2. 200 gbutter
  3. 100 gsugar
  4. 1egg
  5. pinchsalt
  6. 1yolk for brushing

Steps

    Make the dough

  2. 2

    Let it rest for 40 minutes in the fridge

  3. 3

    Roll it out flat and use cookie cutters to make shapes

  4. 4

    Bake in oven at 180 degrees for around 15-20 minutes, or until golden.
