Slice the chicken breasts thinly and lengthwise. Mix the marinade ingredients together and soak the chicken for at least 2 hours before cooking.

After marinating, place the chicken in a skillet over heat and sauté until fully cooked. Let cool slightly.

Cut the markouk flatbread into rectangles, fill each with a little chicken, and roll up like samosas into triangles, or cut each flatbread into 8 wedges like a pizza and roll each piece into a roll.

Brush a baking sheet with oil, arrange the triangles and rolls on it, brush the tops with oil as well, and sprinkle with a little sesame or nigella seeds. Bake in the oven until golden brown.

Serve with thin fried potatoes, garlic sauce, pickles, and garnish with vegetables as desired.
