Combine the coriander seeds, came in seeds, mustard seeds, and the seeds, fenugreek seeds, and the allspice berries in a skillet. Toast over medium heat until the colour of the spices slightly darken, and the spices are very fragrant this will take approximately 10 minutes.

Remove the spices from the skillet and allow to call to room temperature. Grind the spices with the turmeric in a spice grinder. Store in an airtight container at room temperature preferably in a dark place
