2celery stalks finely chopped
1/4small red onion, finely chopped
500 gcan of water packed tuna, drained
1/4 cupmayonnaise
2 tablespoonscapers, drained and finely chopped
2 tablespoonscoarsely chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoonDijon mustard
1 tablespoonfresh lemon juice, plus more if needed
Kosher salt, and ground pepper

Using a fork, mix celery, onion, tuna, mayonnaise, capers, parsley, mustard, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice into a medium bowl, break up any large pieces of tuna, until well combined, season with salt and pepper and more lemon juice if desired,
