Prepared all masala for curry
Roast all masala only with little oil
Grind it smooth paste,there are three types of grind paste, onion and coriander,coconut and khuskhus,all khada masala dry powder and ginger garlic and cumin paste. - 2
Take gramflour and add salt chilli powder and turmeric powder,chopped coriander.add water and knead dough, it will get sticky,so use oil while knead dough.

Make a ball and roll it like chapati but here the width is more than chapati.

Cut it square shape.we call it vadi.It is look like shankepali.

Now heat the pan add oil then add mustard seeds.when it splutters,add ginger garlic paste.Saute it for 2 minutes.

Then add onion paste again saute it few minute.when it get change colour add coconut paste and last add dry powder of khada masala.

Now mix it well. when it try to separate from the pan add chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt

Only mix do not wait for longer time, instantly add two cups of hot water.

When curry get boil add vadis.

Cover it for ten minute. If the vadis come out on the surface of curry it means the patodi is cooked.

Add Mutton masala and chopped coriander.

Serve it with bhakari or chapati.
