Name: Punjabi Tinde curry

Ingredients: 5-6 Tinde; 3-4 tsp oil; 1/2 tsp turmeric powder; 1-2 tsp red chilli powder; 1-2 dry chilli; 1/2 tsp asafoetida; 1 clove; 1/2 tsp mustard seed; Salt as per taste; Gravy; 2 tsp coconut crush; 1 onion; 4-5 garlic cloves; 1 small piece ginger; 1 tsp whole coriander; 1 tsp cumin seed; 1/2 cup peanut; 1 tomato; 1 bay leaf; 1 tsp black pepper whole; 1 cardamom; Make paste of this in mixer

Make paste of this in mixer

Steps

Give tadka in pan,when oil is little hot add mustard, chilli and clove, then grind spices till cook well

Now add remaining spices and cut tinde, 1 glass water. Can used frozen one also

Cook till tinde is soft enough. It’s very tasty curry. Although u full u want to eat it more
