Boil sausages until all most cook

Cook at the same time as the sausages. Add starch vegetable (potato and sweet potato) in oil first, then the rest. Medium High heat. Mix all the time so it will roast evenly

Roast sausages with garlic oil for flavor. Hight heat. This will add a crisp flavor.

Add spice in vegetables when all most cook, then salt and pepper.

You can change diffrent type of oil and spice, even sauce, like mustard for flavor. Enjoy
