Wash ur moringa leaves n set aside

In a clean pot, put some palm oil,2 fry 4 an hour, den u add garlic n ginger paste + onion 2 fry 4 an hour

Add ur meat, stir fry d meat, den u add ur grinded tomatoes, pepper n groundnut all together 4 frying (I usually grind all d g/nut wit my pepper n tomato)

In a different pot I boil my moringa leaves, drain n squeeze dem 4 cutting

U den add into ur fried tomato paste, add ur seasoning et spices, allow it 2 cook 4 sm tym.

Serve wit any swallow of ur choice (mine is serve wit tuwon rice)
