All time popular, nutritious & light breakfast - Poha (Hot snack), usually prepared with onion and potato . Here made Poha with Ponk( fresh green Sorghum/ available during winter season only) & onion...which is quick & easy to prepare & also delicious in taste.

Rinse Poha in water and keep aside for 10 mins to soften. Chopped onion and green chillies.

In kadhai add, heat oil,do tempering of mustard and cummin seeds as they splutter add chopped green chillies and curry leaves,saute for 1 min. Add turmeric powder and chopped onion,saute till onions are translucent. Add Ponk and saute for 1 min.

Add softened poha,salt and lemon juice,Mix well.

Serve / Relish Immediately Hot Ponk-Poha garnishing with chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve with spicy sev.
