Heat the pan then add besan stir fry for 30 sec then remove in a plate

Then take a grill pan or normal one add ghee then place marinate paneer then fry from both the side

Then take a kadai add cumin seed after crackle of seed add cloves, cardoman, bay leaves and sabut red chilli saute for 10 sec

Then add chopped garlic then add chopped onion stir fry till caramelized onions then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, besan and green chilli saute it for a min

Then add salt and tomato puree saute till oil separate from masala after that add fresh malai or cream on it saute continously then add water when water is boiling cover with lid after 2-3 min check then saute till desired consitency then add fried panner cubes after that add chopped coriander leaves mix it well again

Then serve in a bowl then again garinish with coriander leaves
