Mash khoya and paneer separately.

Make syrup with water and sugar.Add saffron to it and keep aside.

Now in a bowl put khoya,paneer& cornflour and knead.

Add little milk while kneading to make a nice dough.Dont over knead.

Heat ghee for frying in a work.

Make small balls from above dough and deep fry on slow medium gas.

When gulab jamuns are brown in colour transfer it to sugar syrup.Allow to soak.

Repeat same.

Your hot gulab jamuns are ready to be served!!
