Gather all the ingredients.

Cut off the ends of the bolillo and slice it in half lengthwise. If you prefer, remove some of the soft bread inside.

Add the hot sauce to the salsa, stir, and heat it up. Warm the refried beans and chorizo as well.

Spread the refried beans inside the bolillo.

Add the chorizo.

Spoon some salsa on top.

Place the sandwich on a serving plate and pour the salsa over it. Enjoy!
