Cut the chicken into 1 inch pieces and in a large bowl toss it with 1/2 tablespoons of the cornstarch, salt, and pepper keep the of cornstarch for later

Add 1 tbls olive oil to the frying pan let it heat up on medium until the chicken added sizzles.

Add the rest of the chicken pieces and cook for 3 minutes without stirring. Then turn them over and cook for another 3 minutes.

Remove chicken set aside. add a little more oil and add the garlic cook until you can smell the garlic. Add in the water, bourbon, Chicken broth, light soy sauce, onion powder, red pepper flakes,brown sugar ginger powder.add the water also add the chicken back in and cook until its reduce down by half. Then add the remaing cornflour to a tbls cold water and add to it. To thicken.

When the juices are reduced by half add the cornflour to a tbls water and add and stir. If you like it spicier add a level tbls shriracha sauce.

Cook until its thickened and serve hot add some toasted sesame seeds on top. Mashed Potato compliments this.
