First take1 cup Thalipeet Bhajani and add in green chilli paste/red chilli powder, cumin seeds, asafoetida, turmeric, oil, finely chopped coriander,finely chopped onion, salt to taste and water and make dough little loose.and Cover it for 20 minutes.

Then, after making the dough, put one cloth over the roller base and apply it to the thalipith after that put oil to the hot pan and then take the thalipeet with the cloth, and aplpy on pan, after that put water on cloth afterwards remove the cloth and roast it on both the side with oil.

Hot Thalipeet is very tasty with curd, chutney and pickle.
