Ingredients

  • 2.2 poundschicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 1/2 cupwhite vinegar
  • 1little vegetable oil
  • Pinchsalt
  • Pinchshawarma spice
  • Pinchpepper
  • For serving:
  • 6pita breads, depending on the number of people
  • 6lettuce leaves, chopped
  • 2tomatoes, sliced
  • 2pickled turnips
  • 1 cupFrench fries
  • 1/4 cupketchup
  • 1/4 cupmayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoonoil, for greasing

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the chicken into pieces and marinate with spices and the rest of the ingredients. Let it sit for half an hour.

  2. 2

    Put vegetable oil in a pan over the heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook on low heat until done.

  3. 3

    After the chicken is cooked, let it cool. Then prepare the pita bread.

  4. 4

    Take a pita, spread mayonnaise and ketchup on it, add chopped lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, chicken pieces, and French fries, then roll the pita.

  5. 5

    Put a tablespoon of oil in the pan over the heat, place the rolled pita, and toast it a little. And that's it, our meal is ready. 😁
