  • 1 bunchspinach chopped
  • 1 cupchopped vegetables
  • 1 tspfive spices
  • 1 tspgreen chillies chopped
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil five spices and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add vegetables and saute well

  3. 3

    Add salt and turmeric powder mix

  4. 4

    Add spinach chopped and saute well

  5. 5

    Cover it till it is soft

  6. 6

    Add sugar and mix well

  7. 7

    Serve it with rice
