1Chopped onion
1 tbspGreen chilli
1 tspGinger
2 tbspCurd
to tasteSalt ,red chilli
1/4 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspgaram masala
1/4 tspcarrom seeds

Take a big bowl put all ingredients and mix them nicely to make a smooth dough

Make a parantha and roast both sides with desi ghee.serve with white makkhan,curd and ginger pickle
