Generally we make kheer of Rice and Halwa out of Carrots. Here I have made a khher with carrots in desi ghee with lots of nutts. It is a must try dish during winters as dessert as we want something hot during this days.

Generally we make kheer of Rice and Halwa out of Carrots. Here I have made a khher with carrots in desi ghee with lots of nutts. It is a must try dish during winters as dessert as we want something hot during this days.

In a thick bottom pan heat milk to boiling. Boil untill thick for atleast 15 mins.

Wash and grate carrots. In a non stick pan add ghee. Add grated carrots and saute untill half cooked.

Now add this sauted carrots in milk and add sugar. Shimmer for another 10 mins. Add all dry fruits and cardamom powder.

Serve hot.
