Ingredients

  1. Tomatoes and pepper
  2. Onions
  3. Spices and seasoning
  4. Carrot for garnishing
  5. Rice
  6. Vegetable oil
  7. Chicken

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend tomatoes, pepper and onions. Boil to drain water and fry.

  2. 2

    Add chicken stock,seasoning and spices. Add more water if desired and leave to cook for few minutes.

  3. 3

    Cook rice with water and a little salt and when its ready turn off the heat. Garnish with already sliced carrots.

  4. 4

    Enjoy meal with fried chicken
