Fry til in a pan till golden brown. Add ghee in another pan and add jaggery and stir continuously. When jaggery melts properly then test it by adding a drop of melted jaggery in the water. If it forms a small ball then syrup is ready.

Now add til and mix well. grease the kitchen top and add the mixture and roll thinly. cut into square shape. Til ki chikki is ready to eat.
