Wash n clean all the veggies

Cut potatoes n Carrots into cubes n boil them separately

Boil the peas n remove in a strainer

Put oil in a sufuria when hot put mustard seeds followed by curryleaves then add garlic paste

Let it cook then put it veggies in n put salt n Turmeric n mix properly n put the onions,coriander n green chillies

Mix well n let it cool b4 you fold them.Enjoy with chutney n hot tea
