Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlbesan
  2. 1 tspred chillli powder
  3. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  4. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  6. As required water
  7. 2sliced onions
  8. Some chopped coriander leaves
  9. 1-2green chillies
  10. As required oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add everything add little water and make the batter(neither too thick not too thin)

  2. 2

    Adjust masala as per like and taste.

  3. 3

    Now heat oil in a pan

  4. 4

    Drop small sized batter into the oil and fry until crisp and golden.
