Ingredients

  1. 150 gmblack brinjal
  2. 150potatoes
  3. 150purple yam
  4. 1/2 cupoil
  5. To taste Salt
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/4 cupgreen garlic and spring onion
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tspgarlic paste
  10. 1 inchgrated ginger
  11. 1 cupfresh green peas
  12. 1/2 inchfresh green turmeric
  13. 1Tomato
  14. 2 tbspchopped coriander
  15. 1 tspgaram masala
  16. 2 tbspsugar
  17. 2 tbspdesicated coconut
  18. 1bay leaf
  19. 1pc.dry kashmiri mirch

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut brinjal potatoes in a cubes with skin.cut yam in a cube remove skin and add.add grated ginger turmeric powder salt sugar and 2tsp.oil and make 3whistle. Another side boil fresh peas.

    Now open cooker add coconut garlic and fresh green turmeric paste add peas chopped coriander mix well.

    For tadka :-Take oil in apan add tej patta and dry kashmiri Mirchi chopped spring onion and green garlic,asofoetida red chilli powder daut and pour in a subji. Mix well. add. Tomato pieces. and garmam masala. Cook 5-7mins on slow flame and serve with Puri.

    Tasty healthy Subji is ready to serve. Garnish with spring onion and green garlic tomato.Serve hot.
