Cut brinjal potatoes in a cubes with skin.cut yam in a cube remove skin and add.add grated ginger turmeric powder salt sugar and 2tsp.oil and make 3whistle. Another side boil fresh peas.

Now open cooker add coconut garlic and fresh green turmeric paste add peas chopped coriander mix well.

For tadka :-Take oil in apan add tej patta and dry kashmiri Mirchi chopped spring onion and green garlic,asofoetida red chilli powder daut and pour in a subji. Mix well. add. Tomato pieces. and garmam masala. Cook 5-7mins on slow flame and serve with Puri.

Tasty healthy Subji is ready to serve. Garnish with spring onion and green garlic tomato.Serve hot.
