Steps

In a bowl mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast.

Add water gradually and mix everything by hand, keep mixing till the batter is smooth.

Cover the batter and keep it in a warm place, leave it to rise for about 35mins.

Pour oil in a pan over a medium heat, use your hand to make a medium sized balls of the batter and fry.
