  • 200 gmwheat flour
  • 1/2 cupgriended batuwa
  • 1 Tspkaraway seeds
  • 1 Tspcumin seeds
  • 1 Tspgarlic, ginger paste
  • 1 Tspsalt
  • 2 Tspoil
  • 2 Tspbutter
  • 1 Tspsunflower seeds,& pumpkin seeds

Steps

    In a bowl put flour,salt, karaway,cumin,mix it.

  2. 2

    Add butter,rub it.add griended bathuwa mix it.

  3. 3

    Knead it with the help of water.

  4. 4

    Keep it a side.

  5. 5

    Make 2 balls from this dough.

  6. 6

    Roll it out in medium circle.sprinkle seeds in it,roll it out again, so that seeds will set properly.

  7. 7

    Put it in medium hot flame.

  8. 8

    Bake it, spread some oil or ghee.

  9. 9

    Serve it hot_ hot with Garlic sabji.

  10. 10

    It is seasonal,& healthy dish.
