First heat ghee in pan and put jeera and chopped onion and fry it till golden brown.

Then add ginger garlic paste and all spices and fry it.

Now add tomato puree, green peas and Methi leaves and cook well. When it cooks well then add cashew paste and salt and mix well.

Now add milk and cook for 5 minutes. Then add fresh Malai and all vegetables and cook well.

Methi matar malai is ready. Serve with Roti or paratha.
