Take flour, add salt to it.

Knead tight dough using water.

Now take small ball.

Apply little water over hands and roll ball slowly using hands.

Heat the tawa and cook roti from both sides on slow flame.

When roti semi cooked cook it on direct flame but flame should be medium.

Now apply ghee or butter on roti.

In the same way cook all roti.

Take both the daals. Wash and soak for 30 minutes.

Add salt and turmeric powder.

Add 1 cup water and cook in pressure cooker. Take 3 whistles on slow flame.

Now heat ghee. Add jeera and hing.

When jeera's colour changes add red chilli powder.

Add this tempering to dal.

Add lemon juice and serve with bajra roti.

Bajra roti is ready. Serve with jaggery and dal
