  1. 1 1/2 lbslean burger
  2. 3/4 lbsground pork
  3. 2 tbsmccormicks montreal steak seasoning
  4. 1 tbsgarlic powder
  5. 1/2 tbsblack pepper
  6. 1 tbsbalsamic vinegar
  7. 1 tbsworchestershire sauce
  8. 1 tspsteak sauce
  9. 1egg
  10. 1 tbsevoo
  11. 1/2lg sweet onion. chopped
  12. 2lg mushrooms. chopped
  13. 1lg jalapeno. seeded, and diced
  14. 1 1/2 cupshredded sharp cheddar
  15. 1 cupshredded mozzarella
  16. 2 ozgargonzola cheese
  17. 1 jarRagu® cheese sauce

  1. 1

    Add evoo, onion, mushroom, and jalapeno to a lg fry pan. Saute until lightly browned

    Mix meat, seasonings, sauces, vinegar, sauteed veggies, and egg in a large bowl

    Mix meat well. Make into 1/2 lb pattys. Mix the two shredded cheeses. Divide and place on patties. Form into a stuffed meatball

    Place meatballs in a baking pan. Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes.

    Spoon cheese sauce over top off meatballs. Sprinkle any remaining cheese over the top. Bake another 10-15 minutes or until done.

cooking is a passion of mine. I started when I was very young and I had to drag a milk crate around to see over the counter. taught by a career cook (my grandmother ). I have always tried to push the boundaries of conventional cooking. I prefer cooking wild game. when I can get my hands on it, but fish is more readily available for me. I raise and butcher most of the livestock that I use for my conventional recipes. I hope everyone can find a few recipes they like in my list.
