Steps

Boil Potatoes and peas.

Heat oil and fry onion chopped and ginger garlic paste.

Add Potatoes and saute well.

Add salt and turmeric powder and red chilli Powder.

Add cumin-coriander powder and cover till oil separates.

Add tomato pure and mix well.

Add water and sugar, simmer.
- 8
Serve it with chapati.
